Awfis Space Solutions announces 12th AGM on September 21, 2026, via Video Conference

Awfis Space Solutions Limited has announced its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 04:30 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), adhering to the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Shareholders will have the opportunity to participate and vote on the resolutions presented in the AGM Notice. The AGM Notice and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 have been dispatched electronically to members whose email addresses are registered. These documents are also available on the company's website and the websites of the stock exchanges (NSE and BSE) and NSDL.

The remote e-voting period will commence on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. (IST) and conclude on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. (IST). Members whose names appear in the Register of Members or Register of Beneficial Owners as of Monday, September 14, 2026 (Cut-Off date), will be eligible to vote. Those who have already cast their vote through remote e-voting can attend the AGM but will not be eligible to vote again. The results of the voting will be declared within two working days from the conclusion of the AGM and will be published on the company's website, stock exchanges, and NSDL.
