Model portfolios, built to be understood.
Hand-built by SEBI-registered experts. Every holding, every weight, and the reason behind it.

Companies that have already been through a downturn and came out still growing.
Flexi Core
One SIP across three flexi cap funds picked so they do not own the same thing.

Bharat Rising
Built around India's own shifts: capex, household savings, energy and consumption.
Even Keel
Growth with shallower falls, so you can actually stay invested through the bad years.
Udaan
Fast-growing, less-covered companies still early in their runway.
Tejas
Smallcap growth with a multi-asset brake, for a genuine 5+ year horizon.
What a model portfolio is
A model portfolio, or a RealCase, is a set of holdings with a target weight for each one, run by a SEBI-registered desk. It is not a fund. Your money is not pooled and nobody takes custody of it. Everything is bought in your own account, through your own broker, in your own name. What you subscribe to is the research and the upkeep.
Active, Hold and Reduce
Every holding is marked Active, Hold or Reduce. Active means the desk is willing to put new money in at today’s price. Hold means it stays in the portfolio but is not where the next rupee should go. Reduce means it is being trimmed out. This keeps new money out of holdings that are priced wrong today, and moves it into the ones worth buying as that changes.
How rebalancing works
A percentage-based rebalance sells anything that has drifted, including holdings the desk still rates Active. Here a sale happens because a holding moved to Reduce. Fewer sales means less short-term capital gains tax, charged at 20 per cent on equity held under a year. When something changes you get the update and the exact buys and sells.
Starting amounts and prices
There is no minimum and no fixed monthly commitment. Whatever you invest is spread across the current target weights. If part of the portfolio is trading above where the desk wants to add, that share waits in a liquid asset until the price comes back, and you are told when to put it in.
Why the weights matter
Two people holding the same instruments can end up with very different returns, because the weights decide the outcome. Each portfolio publishes its target weight for every holding, and whether those weights are equal across holdings or tiered. Every change comes with the reason for it.
What it costs
A flat subscription. No commission, no trail income, no share of profits. Nobody here earns more because you chose one instrument over another.
Who publishes them
RealCase is a technology company. SEBI-registered Research Analysts and Investment Advisers publish and manage the portfolios under their own registration. Analysts and advisers who want to list can talk to us.
What it will not do
Every portfolio states its own horizon and risk band, and they differ, so check those before you follow one. None of them is a guarantee: markets carry risk and past model performance is not a promise of your returns. Your results will also differ from the model with share rounding, entry timing and when you pay in.
