Editorial Policy
How our research and content are produced, kept independent, sourced and corrected.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This Editorial Policy explains how RealCase produces the model portfolios, research notes, market commentary, exchange-filing summaries and blog articles published on the Platform, and the standards we hold ourselves to. Our goal is simple: content you can trust, with the reasoning shown.
1. Who produces our content
Investment research and model portfolios are prepared under the responsibility of Fynvestor, a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (Reg. no. INA000020563). Educational and market content is prepared by our editorial team and reviewed for accuracy before publication.
2. Independence and conflicts of interest
We operate on a fee-only model. We do not earn commissions, brokerage, distribution fees or trail income on any product we write about, and we do not accept payment in exchange for favourable coverage. Where a genuine conflict of interest could exist, it is disclosed. Editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial relationship.
3. Sourcing and accuracy
We base our content on primary and reputable sources, including stock-exchange filings, regulatory disclosures, company reports and recognised market-data providers. We take reasonable care to ensure information is accurate at the time of publication. Markets move quickly, and content reflects our view and the information available at that time.
4. Use of automation and AI
Some market and news summaries are generated with the assistance of automated tools and AI from underlying exchange filings and public data. Such content is intended to summarise and contextualise information and is subject to editorial oversight. It is general in nature and is not personalised investment advice.
5. Not personalised investment advice
Unless you have entered into a specific written advisory arrangement, content on the Platform is for information and education and does not constitute investment advice tailored to your circumstances. Please read our Terms & Conditions and consider your own objectives and risk tolerance, or consult a qualified adviser, before investing.
6. Corrections
We correct material errors promptly and transparently. If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, email contact@realcase.in and we will review it.
7. Advertising and sponsorship
Research and editorial content is not sponsored. Any promotional or sponsored material, if published, will be clearly labelled and kept separate from independent research.
8. Regulatory compliance
Our research and communications are intended to comply with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and applicable advertising and disclosure norms. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks; read all related documents carefully before investing.
9. Feedback
We welcome feedback on our content and standards. Reach us via the Contact page.
