Juniper Hotels AGM: All 5 Resolutions Passed, Including Financials and Director Re-appointments

Juniper Hotels Limited (JUNIPER) held its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, August 27, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting, which commenced at 11:35 a.m. IST, saw the successful passage of all five resolutions put forth to the shareholders.

These resolutions included the adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. The record date for determining the eligible shareholders was August 20, 2026, with 41,545 shareholders on record. A total of 45 shareholders attended the meeting through video conferencing.
