Adani Total Gas Appoints Preyash Jhaveri as New CFO

Adani Total Gas Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Preyash Jhaveri as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who is also designated as Key Managerial Personnel. This decision was made by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 3, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The Board meeting, which commenced at 1:15 p.m. and concluded at 1:55 p.m. on September 3, 2026, approved Mr. Jhaveri's appointment to be effective from the same date.

Mr. Jhaveri brings over 30 years of extensive experience in finance, holding qualifications including B.Com, LL.B., Chartered Accountant, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. His expertise spans business partnering, financial planning, controllership, regulatory and tax compliances, and strategic value creation. He has been associated with Adani Total Gas Limited since 2007 and has been serving as the Interim CFO since December 22, 2025. His prior experience includes roles at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited and other prominent companies.

Following this appointment, the list of Key Managerial Personnel authorized to determine materiality and make disclosures has been updated to include Mr. Jhaveri alongside Mr. Suresh Manglani (Executive Director), Mr. Sanjay Pandita (Chief Executive Officer), and Mr. Anil Agrawal (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer).
