Aequs Limited Appoints Ms. Reenah Simon Joseph as New CFO

Aequs Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Reenah Simon Joseph as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, which commenced at 05:20 PM (IST) and concluded at 05:35 PM (IST), following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

Ms. Joseph's appointment will be effective from August 31, 2026. She brings approximately 19 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy. Most recently, she served as Deputy Group CFO and Head of Corporate Finance, M&A, and Investor Relations at PDS Limited. Her prior experience includes roles at Future Group as Chief - Corporate Finance & Investor Relations and at Credit Suisse Securities as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Banking Division.

Her expertise spans capital markets, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, financial governance, financial planning and analysis, business transformation, strategic planning, performance management, and stakeholder management. Ms. Joseph holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School, Pune. This appointment is in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, read with its rules, and the SEBI Listing Regulations.
