AJR Infra Announces 25th AGM on Sep 29, 2026, via VC/OAVM

AJR Infra and Tolling Limited (formerly Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited) has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations. The Notice of AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 have been sent electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depositories. These documents are also available on the company's website (www.ajrinfra.in), the websites of the BSE and NSE, and the NSDL website.

Shareholders holding shares in physical form whose email IDs are not registered are requested to update them by submitting the ISR 1 form or by sending an email request to the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited. Members holding shares in dematerialized form are advised to update their email addresses with their Depository Participants. The company has also published newspaper advertisements regarding the AGM in The Free Press Journal (English) and NavShakti (Marathi) on August 30, 2026.
