Coforge Launches AI Launchpad, an Open-Weight AI Ecosystem for Enterprises

Coforge Limited has announced the launch of Coforge AI Launchpad, an open-weight AI ecosystem designed for enterprises. This new offering enables organizations to build, fine-tune, deploy, and operate their own AI stack within their controlled environments, deployable across any cloud with on-demand frontier models.

The platform aims to address the challenges enterprises face in adopting open-weight AI models, such as talent shortages, fragmented infrastructure, and governance requirements. Coforge AI Launchpad, powered by Coforge Nuuron, provides an integrated platform and managed services approach, allowing routing of workloads across various AI models based on business, regulatory, performance, and economic needs, without vendor lock-in.

Lalit Wadhwa, Chief Technology Officer at Coforge, stated that the offering provides enterprises with a governed foundation that preserves ownership of data, intellectual property, and the AI environment, while remaining adaptable to market evolution. The company is already implementing this solution for clients, including a U.S. clinical healthcare intelligence company and a major U.S. bank that reduced AI run costs while maintaining governance.
