G-TEC JAINX EDUCATION schedules 27th AGM on Sep 23, 2026, for FY26 results & director reappointment

G-TEC JAINX EDUCATION LIMITED (formerly Keerti Knowledge and Skills Limited) has announced its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI circulars. The AGM agenda includes the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Directors and Auditors. Additionally, the shareholders will consider and vote on the reappointment of Mr. Easwaran Subramaniam Iyer as a Non-Executive Director, who is retiring by rotation and seeking re-election.
