Hexaware Technologies Appoints Vivek Jetley as New CEO, Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan Transitions to Senior Advisor

Hexaware Technologies Limited has announced significant changes in its leadership. Mr. Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan has submitted his resignation as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Whole-time Director of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Hexaware Technologies Inc., effective October 28, 2026. He will also step down as Director of the Company's subsidiaries.

Following his resignation from the CEO role, the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan as a Senior Advisor to the Company, also effective October 28, 2026. This transition aims to leverage his experience in a new capacity.

Concurrently, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Vivek Jetley as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hexaware Technologies Limited, effective October 28, 2026. Mr. Jetley brings over 25 years of experience in AI, data, and enterprise transformation, with a proven track record of scaling global businesses. He joins Hexaware from EXL, where he held significant leadership roles, including President of EXL analytics. Mr. Jetley holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
