JK Paper Appoints Shri Arvind Kumar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

JK Paper Limited announced the appointment of Shri Arvind Kumar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 01, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on September 01, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

Shri Arvind Kumar, who currently serves as the Chief General Manager (Company Law) for the company, will also be designated as a whole-time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and will be part of the company's senior management. In the absence of the President & Director, he will share the authority with the Chief Finance Officer to determine the materiality of events and information and to make necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges, as per Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations.

Shri Arvind Kumar is a qualified Company Secretary with 26 years of experience in secretarial, company law, SEBI regulations, ESG, and FEMA compliances. His profile includes extensive experience in listing compliances, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment regulations, and corporate governance. He has previously worked with prominent companies such as Escorts Kubota Limited, Reliance Industries Limited, GMR Infrastructure Limited, and others in key corporate compliance roles.
