Kamat Hotels (India) Limited has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), with no physical presence of members at a common venue. Shareholders can attend and participate in the AGM via this virtual facility.
