Malu Paper Mills Limited Announces 33rd AGM, Annual Report 2025-26

Malu Paper Mills Limited has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST at the company's registered office. The meeting will consider and adopt the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Board and Auditors' reports.

Key agenda items include the re-appointment of Mr. Purushottam Malu as a Director, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-appointment. Additionally, the shareholders will vote on the appointment of CS Priyanka Jaiswal of M/s. Priyanka Jaiswal & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, with a remuneration of ₹60,000 per annum plus applicable taxes and expenses for FY 2026-27.
