Monte Carlo Fashions to hold 18th AGM on Sep 28, 2026; Record Date for Dividend set for Sep 21

Monte Carlo Fashions Limited has announced the convening of its Eighteenth (18th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), adhering to circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, without physical presence of members at a common venue.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Tuesday, September 22, 2026, to Monday, September 28, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of dividend payment and the AGM. The company has fixed Monday, September 21, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, if approved by the members at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members or Register of Beneficial Owners as of the Record Date.

Furthermore, Monte Carlo Fashions Limited has engaged CDSL for e-voting facilities, including remote e-voting and in-AGM e-voting for all shareholders. Monday, September 21, 2026, is also set as the cut-off date for members eligible to vote remotely or during the AGM.
