Semac Construction Ltd. Announces 49th AGM on Sept 25, 2026, via VC/OAVM

Semac Construction Limited has announced the convening of its 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 03:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility. The notice for the AGM and the Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, will be sent via email to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company, RTA, or DPs. For members who have not registered their email addresses, a letter containing the weblink to the Annual Report will be dispatched.

Members can join and participate in the AGM through the VC/OAVM facility. Instructions for joining and participating in remote e-voting or voting during the AGM are provided in the AGM Notice. Members participating via VC/OAVM will be counted for quorum purposes. The AGM Notice and Annual Report will be available on the Company's website (www.semacconstruction.com) and the websites of the stock exchanges (NSE and BSE), as well as the e-voting service provider (instavote by MUFG Intime India Private Limited).

Shareholders holding shares in physical form or those who have not registered their email addresses can cast their votes remotely or during the AGM. The company urges shareholders to update their email IDs, bank account details, and PAN with the Company/RTA (for physical shares) or DP (for dematerialized shares) to ensure receipt of communications.
