Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has announced the dispatch of the notice for its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled to be held on September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

In compliance with SEBI regulations and the Companies Act, the notice of the AGM, along with the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, has been dispatched electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or Depositories. For members whose email addresses are not registered, a letter containing the web-link to the Annual Report has been sent. The AGM notice is also available on the company's website (https://investor.servotech.in), the NSDL website (www.evoting.nsdl.com), and the NSE website (www.nseindia.com).

The company is providing a remote e-voting facility to its members. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for remote e-voting and voting during the AGM is Friday, September 18, 2026. Remote e-voting will commence on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and will end on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Members who have cast their vote through remote e-voting can still attend the AGM but will not be able to vote again. Members attending the AGM who have not voted remotely will be eligible to vote during the meeting.
