Umiya Buildcon Limited Renamed to MRO-TEK Networks Limited Effective August 29, 2026

MRO-TEK Networks Limited, formerly known as Umiya Buildcon Limited, has officially changed its name effective August 29, 2026. This change was approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

The name change aligns with the company's strategic focus and long-term vision in the telecommunications and networking business. MRO-TEK Networks Limited is expanding its research and development capabilities in telecommunication products and aims to strengthen its presence in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of networking and communication equipment, including Ethernet switches, routers, and allied products.

The new name is intended to align the company's corporate identity with its current and future business strategy, fostering a stronger brand association with its technology and networking business. It also signifies the revival of the well-established "MRO-TEK" brand, which historically held a strong reputation and market presence in the telecommunications and networking industry for several decades.

The change in name does not affect the company's legal status, Corporate Identification Number (CIN), or other legal identifiers. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation confirming the name change has been attached. This intimation is in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
