Zodiac Energy Announces 34th AGM on Sep 23, 2026, with E-voting from Sep 20-22

Zodiac Energy Limited has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will be deemed to be held at the company's registered office.

In compliance with recent circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI, the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 have been sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered. These documents are also available on the company's website and the websites of the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, as well as NSDL's e-voting website.

The company is providing a remote e-voting facility, which will commence on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and conclude on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Members who have cast their vote remotely before the AGM can still attend but cannot vote again. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-voting is Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Shareholders are advised to register or update their email IDs with their Depository Participants or the company for e-voting access.
