1. Who publishes the advice

Every model portfolio listed on RealCase is published by a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser under their own registration. They are responsible for the research, the holdings and every change to it.

2. What RealCase is, and what it is not

RealCase is a technology platform. It is not a SEBI-registered intermediary and it does not provide investment advice, research or recommendations of its own. It presents research published by registered advisers, and provides the software around it.

RealCase does not:

• manage, hold custody of, or trade client funds or securities;
• execute orders, or act as a broker or a distributor;
• guarantee, endorse or assure the performance of any portfolio listed on it;
• provide advice tailored to your personal circumstances.

You invest from your own broking account, in your own name. Nothing on this platform is a personal recommendation. Whether a model portfolio suits your goals, time horizon and risk tolerance is a judgement only you, or an adviser engaged by you, can make.

3. Statutory disclosures

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.

Registration granted by SEBI, membership of BASL and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

4. Risk and past performance

The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no return shown anywhere on this platform should be read as a promise or a projection. Model portfolio returns are illustrative and do not account for your own transaction costs, taxes, or the timing of your entry and exit, all of which will cause your actual outcome to differ.

5. How we are paid, and conflicts of interest

The research desk operates on a fee-only basis. It does not earn commissions, brokerage, distribution fees or trail income on any product it writes about, and does not accept payment in exchange for favourable coverage or for inclusion in a portfolio. Where a genuine conflict of interest could arise, it is disclosed. See our Editorial Policy for how independence is maintained in what we publish.

6. Complaints and grievance redressal

A complaint about the advice goes to the firm that published it. A complaint about the platform, meaning the app, billing or your account, comes to us. In practice you can write to either address below and it will be routed correctly.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to SEBI through the SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in, or initiate online dispute resolution through the SMART ODR portal at smartodr.in.

7. Entity and jurisdiction

The operating entity behind RealCase is Fynvestor Investment Advisory (Proprietor: Krishna Goyal). These disclosures are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
